Zikomo Africa Charitable Trust was  to address the socio-economic impact of poverty in Africa and embraces, educate orphans and vulnerable children of all ages.

Our mission is to secure education opportunities for orphans and vulnerable children in Africa by empowering them with life skills and creating conducive learning environments in community schools.

Vision

An Africa where every child is able to start and complete their education up to the Tertiary level.

Who we are

Zikomo Africa Charitable Trust seeks to provide quality education to Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), especially the girl child in Africa. The Organization does this through Advocacy, Capacity building and Service Delivery in rural and peri-urban community Schools in Lusaka and Choongwe Districts catering for over 400 orphans and vulnerable children. Daniel K Ouddar, the CEO has championed social justice for orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) through delivering education services, building the capacity of volunteer teachers, empowering communities to provide education locally by building schools.

Zikomo Africa  Charitable Trust address the socio-economic impact of poverty in Africa and embraces orphans and vulnerable children of all ages to provide them with a quality learning experience of basic skills (reading, writing, and life skills).

The Charitable trust has following centers at   ZATU Education Center, enrolling over 250 children in Lusaka’s Bauleni and Mutendere Compound and in 2019 extended support to Mashila community school in Choongwe District.
